Advice to my student who was caught while copying in an exam.

She became angry when I caught her and said she will not study again. Later she sent a WhatsApp message apologizing for her mistake.  This was my reply.

[Her Name], thank you for your apology which I accept fully. I'm glad that you realized your mistake and came to talk to me honestly. I'm proud of you for taking responsibility for your actions and showing remorse.

Cheating is never acceptable under any circumstances.

Cheating is dishonest, unfair, and harmful to you and others involved.

Cheating would only hurt

Your learning,

You reputation,

Your integrity, and ultimately,

Your future.

But it doesn't define who you are or what you can do. You are still a smart, curious, kind, and courageous girl who has a bright future ahead of you. You can make great progress in your learning and growth with your hard work and passion. You have earned my respect and trust with your honesty and integrity.

I'm always here for you to support you and guide you. But I also expect you to do your best and be your best. That means being honest and responsible for your actions. That also means being respectful and calm when you face challenges or conflicts. I know that sometimes you may feel overwhelmed or frustrated by the pressure or the problems that you face. But you don't have to deal with them alone or in a negative way. You can always talk to me or someone else who cares about you and can help you. You can also learn some coping skills that can help you manage your emotions and stress better.

The important thing is that you don't give up on yourself or on learning.

You have so much potential and so much to offer to the world.

Don't let anything or anyone stop you from achieving your goals and dreams.

Perfume seller and Parrot

 Perfume seller  and wise parrot

Once upon a time, there was a man who sold perfumes. He had a special parrot. The parrot went with him everywhere he went. The parrot  met people who spoke different languages and learnt many languages. The parrot was wise and helped the perfume seller to communicate with other traders

One day, the perfume seller came across a group of flower merchants. He needed flowers for making perfumes. The parrot helped him negotiate a good price for the flowers. The flower merchants were impressed by the bird's intelligence and asked the perfume seller where he got such a clever parrot from. The seller replied that the parrot had learned from other merchants.

The perfume seller became so confident in the parrot that he put it in charge of the shop when he was away. The parrot would talk to customers and sell perfume. One day, a customer came to the shop with his dog. The dog jumped at the parrot and tried to catch it. Out of fear, the parrot flew across the room and destroyed all the bottles containing perfumes. When the seller returned, he saw the  broken bottles and was so angry that he hit the parrot. The man hit the bird so hard that it lost all its feathers and its head became bald. The parrot became so sad that it lost its ability to talk. The perfume seller felt sorry and tried to make the parrot happy again, but nothing worked.

One day, a bald-headed man came to the shop. Suddenly, the parrot asked the man, "How many bottles of perfume did you break?" Everyone in the shop smiled at the parrot's mistake in confusing baldness caused by age with the loss of its own feathers due to the blow.

The moral of the story is that we can learn and grow from those around us, even if they are our rivals or competitors. The story also teaches us not to react out of anger. The man could rebuild his business empire again, But couldn't make the parrot healthy again.
